Detailed Product Description

A high molecular weight copolymer comprised of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, and a hydroxyalkyl acrylate. The vinyl chloride portion is about 81 percent with the hydroxyl content at 1.8 percent. The solution viscosity and other properties of VAF-T solution vinyl resin strongly resemble those of VAF-T solution vinyl resin. VAF-T solution vinyl resin can be used for a wide range of coatings applications, including industrial maintenance and marine finishes, paper coatings, general metal finishes, PET inks, wood, plastic coatings and as a binder in magnetic tape.
